I have always enjoyed baking so decided 4 years ago to enrol on a Cake Decorating and Sugarcraft Course at my local College, after getting my NVQ Level 2 and 3 I was inspired to make my own wedding cake in 2008 and decided from that point to turn my passion into profession.
